Well, we had a really lovely little 4th of July this year. First we had a small BBQ at Mimi & Poppy's house, and then we braved downtown Nashville to see the most spectacular fireworks demonstration I've ever witnessed! Anyway, just thought I'd share some photo links to those who may be interested...

P.S. Dad has had all of his completely-the-opposite-of-fun cancer detection tests this week, and has some more scheduled for tomorrow. Mom took off work and plans to accompany him. Secondly, mom had to get another back numbing (needle in the spine) treatment and has been having a very rough time of it lately, to say the least. Please keep them both in your prayers.
